X19: Tackling Stress in Splash Winter 17 (Jan. 28, 2017)
In this course we will discuss stress and ways to cope with it from different perspectives. We will start with discussing biological and social origins of stress, and then learn about effects of stress and how our bodies respond to it. We will lastly, through teaching and student interaction, learn about different ways to cope with stress.
