Hello there! I'm Esmeralda, a UCLA student with a passion for personal development and self care. As I am pursuing a a major in political science and a minor in education studies, I know how difficult it is to function properly if you are not taking care of yourself. Through my story, I want to help inspire others to be the best versions of themselves.

You have to love yourself before you can love your life. To be of service to others, you must first be of service to yourself. This workshop will help you: Understand your self worth, give you tips on how to practice self love, and overall build your confidence. All realities begin in the mind: your beliefs become thoughts, thoughts become words, words become actions, and actions become reality. As you take action towards your dream, the universe will conspire to help you achieve it.
